THE MECHANISM OF PPL IMPLEMENTATION
1. Administrative preparation
a. Students enroll at the PBI UII and pay the PPL fee to the faculty bank account.
b. The payment schedule is from 3-5 August 2015.
c. PBI UII coordinates with Dinas Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota (Local Government), school partners to plan the PPL implementation in the current academic year. This process is carried out to ensure that the school partners are ready to welcome the PPL students.
d. PBI UII assigns the students and the PPL lecturers to the assigned school partners.
e. PBI UII sends the list of students, PPL lecturers, and PPL teachers to the school partners after coordinating with the schools.
f. PBI UII proposes and distributes Surat Tugas (Assignment Letter) to the PPL lecturers.
g. PBI UII announces the PPL Schedule to the students and the PPL teachers.
h. PBI UII sends the forms needed for the PPL to the school partners, such as Assignment Letter, student attendance list, and other forms needed in the program.
2. PPL Orientation from the faculty or PBI UII.
3. PPL students’ send-off to the school partners by the PPL lecturers, representing the faculty and the study program.
