Irma Windy Astuti holds a Master’s degree in English Language Studies and has extensive experience teaching English as an Additional Language across general, academic, vocational, and primary levels. Her research interests include language teacher education, discourse analysis, and multimodality in contemporary communication and pedagogy. She is passionate about fostering reflective & creative teaching-learning among novice teachers and trainees.
