Banatul Murtafi’ah is a lecturer of English Language Education Department UII with research interests in teacher education, ESP, classroom management, and innovative teaching approaches. She is active in research and publication, serving as editor-in-chief of an English education journal and reviewer for others. She aims to support and prepare future educators.
